Open Harvest and pick the right tab
The first step is simply getting into Harvest instead of another section.
Open Harvest from the sidebar or mobile menu.
- You should see the Harvest & Processing page with tabs such as Harvest Log, Batch Processing Day, Processing Records, Wool Breed, and Meat Production Tools.
Use Harvest Log for standard harvest entries, Batch Processing Day for one day tied to several rabbits, Processing Records for more detailed yield data, Wool Breed for wool harvests, and Meat Production Tools for calculators and support tools.
- If you are trying to log a record but only see calculators, you are probably on Meat Production Tools instead of the logging tab you need.
- You are on the Harvest page and know which tab owns the record you want.
Enter the record in the correct workflow
This keeps your production history easier to review later.
Stay in the correct Harvest tab and use the visible logging or add action for that record type.
- The form or modal should match the tab you are in rather than a generic all-purpose form.
Enter the date, rabbit or batch details, and the measurements or notes you actually know, then save before memory gets fuzzy.
- Production data is hardest to reconstruct later, so save it as close to the event as practical.
- The record now lives under the correct Harvest tab instead of in a mismatched workflow.
