Use Shows & Registration the way it is actually laid out so scheduling, entries, rosters, and results stay tied to the right event.

Desktop: Open Shows from the left sidebar. The page title is Shows & Registration.

Step-By-Step Guide
Learn the layout of Shows & Registration
A quick orientation prevents a lot of confusion later.
Open Shows from the sidebar or mobile menu.
- You should see Schedule Show plus the compact Multi-Show and Scan Show Report actions near the top.
- You should also see responsive navigation for Show Events, Show Team, and Show Report.
Use Schedule Show for a single show, Multi-Show for a grouped event, Scan Show Report for assisted report entry, Show Events for event records, Show Team for the rabbits you actively show, and Show Report for reporting. On mobile, the three creation and scan actions remain in the compact quick-action area.
- Do not assume everything happens inside one list. The page is split so each stage of the show workflow has its own place.
- You know which button or tab to use before creating or editing show records.
Create the right kind of show record
Start with the event type that matches the real weekend you are planning.
Choose Schedule Show when you are adding one standalone show.
- You should see the form used for a single show record.
Choose Multi-Show when the weekend should create or manage several related sub-shows under one larger event.
- You should see the event flow for a grouped multi-show setup.
Enter the show name, dates, labels, and location details carefully so the cards are recognizable later.
- Use the real show name and date.
- Include enough location or event detail that you can tell similar weekends apart later.
- Your show or multi-show event is saved in a way that will still make sense later in the season.
Add entries and print the roster from the event card
Entries and printed planning tools live with the event workflow.
Use the Show Events tab when you want to work inside a specific event card.
- You should see your scheduled shows or grouped events listed as cards.
On the event or show card, use Add Entry to add rabbits to the correct show.
- You should see the entry workflow tied to that specific show.
- If you enter rabbits under the wrong show or sub-show, your roster and result history will be harder to trust later.
Open View Roster & Print from the event or show card when you want a printable roster or a final check of who is entered.
- You should see the roster view for that show or grouped event.
- Your entries and roster are tied to the correct show record.
Record placements after the show
Results are what make the show data worth keeping long term.
After the show, return to the event and use Enter Result for entries without results or Edit Result for entries you already started.
- You should see a result form tied to the selected entry.
Enter the placement details you know while they are still fresh, and use Judge, Judge Number, and Judge Comments when you have that information.
- Use Judge Comments for remark-card notes, judge feedback, or comments from the table.
- Keep those notes on the result itself instead of burying them in general rabbit notes.
- Do not wait so long that you have to reconstruct placements or judge feedback from memory if you can avoid it.
Save the judge note on the result when you want that exact feedback to stay attached to the rabbit, the show, and the placement.
- Those comments can be helpful later when you review rabbit show records, compare performance, or remember why a result went well or poorly.
Open the Show Report tab when you want the show reporting summary rather than the event-entry editing view.
- You should see the Show Report tab rather than the event card list.
- Your show history now connects the event, the rabbit, and the result in one workflow.
