Overview

  • Buyer Outreach is an assisted CRM workspace. Rabbitry Run filters and prepares messages, but your device email or SMS app handles the actual draft and delivery.
  • A prepared activity means you confirmed that an external draft was constructed. It never means the message was sent, delivered, opened, or answered.

When To Use

  • You want to announce available rabbits or products to documented, opted-in buyers or follow up with an individual buyer.

Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1

Follow this action exactly in the Prepare Buyer Availability Outreach Safely workflow.

1.1 Do this

Open Buyer Outreach and choose email or SMS, then narrow the audience by buyer type, tag, pricing tier, purchase history, or waitlist membership.

Step 6

6.1 Do this

Open the external draft or use a copy fallback. Confirm preparation only after the draft exists in the external app; cancel if it did not open or you only copied text without using it.

What You Should See
  • Only eligible opted-in contacts are prepared, recipient addresses remain private, and the audit trail truthfully says prepared rather than sent.
You Should Now Have
  • Only eligible opted-in contacts are prepared, recipient addresses remain private, and the audit trail truthfully says prepared rather than sent.

You're Done When

  • Only eligible opted-in contacts are prepared, recipient addresses remain private, and the audit trail truthfully says prepared rather than sent.

Common Mistakes

  • Treating unknown consent as permission.
  • Assuming copying text or opening a native handler proves delivery.
  • Removing the identity, postal address, advertising context, or reply-based opt-out instruction from a commercial email footer.

If Something Still Looks Wrong

Why can I not select a buyer?

Check that the buyer has the selected channel, that consent for that channel is opted in, and that the buyer matches the current audience filters.

Why can I not prepare an email?

Add a private Outreach Postal Address in Profile, shorten an overly long message, and confirm that at least one opted-in buyer with an email address is selected.

What if the email or SMS app did not open?

Choose No, do not record. Use the copy fallback if needed, then confirm only after you actually use the copied content to prepare a draft.

When To Contact Support

  • The workflow does not match the guide even after you confirm you are in the correct section.
  • Saving or loading fails repeatedly in this area of the app.

Still Stuck?

If the guide got you close but the app still does not match what this tutorial says should happen, contact support and mention the article title, the exact step where you got stuck, and what you saw instead.
