Rabbitry Run is built to help breeders keep better records while keeping private rabbitry information private by default. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Rabbitry Run.

This policy is written for clarity, but it is not legal advice. If you have questions about your account or data, contact us at rabbitryrun@gmail.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use the app, and limited technical information needed to run the service.

  • Account information: Your name, email address, authentication provider, account status, and profile settings.
  • Rabbitry records: Rabbit profiles, pedigrees, photos, documents, breeding records, litter and kit records, show records, cages, tasks, notes, reminders, inventory, harvest and wool records, contacts, sales, purchases, waitlist entries, reports, and related settings.
  • Billing information: Subscription status, plan selection, customer identifiers, invoice or payment status, tax-related billing details, and app-store purchase status. Sensitive card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Rabbitry Run.
  • Device and usage information: App version, browser or device information, notification device records, timezone, public-site analytics events, and logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
  • Public storefront information: If you enable public listings, Rabbitry Run may publish selected rabbit listing details, storefront branding, contact information, social links, sales agreement text, listing photos, and gallery images that you choose to share.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide, secure, support, and improve Rabbitry Run. This includes saving and syncing your records, generating reports and exports, processing subscriptions, sending reminders or notifications you enable, troubleshooting issues, preventing abuse, and responding to support requests.

Your private rabbitry records remain your content. Rabbitry Run does not sell your private rabbitry records.

3. Cloud Storage, Authentication, and Security

Rabbitry Run uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, file storage, cloud functions, security rules, and related infrastructure. Private account data is stored under user-owned account paths and is protected by authentication and access-control rules designed to limit access to the account holder and authorized service operations.

No system can guarantee perfect security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we limit operational access to situations such as providing support you request, investigating security or abuse issues, maintaining the service, complying with law, or processing data through service providers that help operate Rabbitry Run.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Rabbitry Run includes optional AI-assisted tools such as pedigree scanning, show report scanning, receipt and sales-list scanning, color help, mate suggestions, litter name ideas, sales copy drafting, column mapping, and Ask Your Herd. When you use these tools, the selected images, files, text, rabbitry records, or context needed for that request may be sent to Rabbitry Run backend services and cloud AI providers for processing.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before saving it or relying on it for breeding, health, financial, sales, show, or management decisions.

5. Public Storefronts and Shared Content

Rabbitry Run is private by default. Public visibility happens only when you choose to use public-facing features such as storefront galleries or shared listings. Public storefronts use curated public profile and listing data rather than your full private rabbitry records.

Information you publish through a storefront may be visible to visitors, shared by links, indexed by search engines, or cached by third parties. You can remove or update public listings from your account, but we cannot control copies already saved by others or by external services.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process billing details, tax information, payment method information, invoices, and transaction data according to its own privacy practices. Rabbitry Run stores limited billing identifiers and subscription status so the app can manage access.

Native or mobile app subscriptions may be processed through app-store billing systems and RevenueCat. RevenueCat helps synchronize purchase and entitlement status between mobile stores and Rabbitry Run. App stores and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers and subscription events according to their own policies.

7. Analytics and Cookies

Rabbitry Run may use Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand page views, clicks, traffic sources, device categories, and general engagement. Analytics is used to improve the public site and marketing experience. The app configures public analytics with IP anonymization where supported and does not intentionally send private rabbitry records to Google Analytics.

Your browser, device, or extensions may provide controls for cookies, local storage, and analytics scripts. Disabling those technologies may affect some site functionality.

8. Offline and Local Device Storage

Rabbitry Run is designed for barns and devices that may have spotty connectivity. To support offline-aware workflows, the app may store account session details, app settings, cached records, Firebase local cache data, pending media uploads or deletions, and other working data in browser or device storage such as localStorage and IndexedDB.

Local data helps the app load and sync when you reconnect. You can clear browser or device storage, but doing so may remove local drafts, cached files, offline queues, or saved sign-in state on that device.

9. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Rabbitry Run may store notification preferences, device tokens, timezone, app version, user-agent-derived device labels, and reminder settings. You can disable notifications in the app or through your browser or device settings.

10. Data Export, Backup, Reset, and Deletion

Rabbitry Run includes tools to export records, download backups, import or restore data, reset app settings, clear rabbitry data, and request account deletion. Account deletion is intended to remove your login account, private rabbitry records, stored media under your account, public storefront data, and saved subscription access where Rabbitry Run can safely erase it.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, payment provider records, app-store records, fraud-prevention records, or records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, security, dispute, or legal compliance purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Rabbitry Run is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Your Choices

You can update your profile, manage public storefront settings, export records, change notification preferences, manage billing, and delete your account from within Rabbitry Run where those tools are available. 13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Rabbitry Run changes. When we make material updates, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
