Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 16, 2026
Welcome to Rabbitry Run. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Rabbitry Run's website, app, cloud services, public storefront tools, AI-assisted features, and subscription services. By creating an account or using Rabbitry Run, you agree to these terms.
These terms are intended to be clear and practical, but they are not legal advice. Questions can be sent to rabbitryrun@gmail.com.
1. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must use Rabbitry Run only if you are legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in your location.
If you use Rabbitry Run for a business, farm, club, family, or organization, you represent that you have authority to use the service and manage the related records for that group.
2. Subscription, Trial, and Billing
Rabbitry Run is a subscription-based service. Current public web plans are $7.99 per month or $65.99 per year, plus any taxes that may apply. Prices, plan names, included features, and billing options may change in the future, but changes will not reduce paid access already purchased for the current billing period.
New eligible web accounts may start a 14-day free trial after choosing a monthly or yearly plan. The current web trial flow does not require a card up front. If a payment method is required later and is not added, access may pause or end at the end of the trial.
Web billing is processed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the Stripe billing portal or the subscription tools provided in Rabbitry Run. If you cancel, paid access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period unless your account is terminated or deleted.
Native or mobile subscriptions may be processed by app stores and synchronized through RevenueCat. App-store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the applicable app store's rules in addition to these terms.
Payments are not automatically refundable except where required by law or specifically approved by Rabbitry Run. Account deletion may cancel subscription access and may not result in a refund for remaining time.
3. Your Content and Data Ownership
You keep ownership of the rabbitry records, photos, files, listing text, reports, notes, and other content you add to Rabbitry Run. You grant Rabbitry Run a limited permission to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, back up, sync, analyze, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload or publish. You should keep your own backups of important records, especially before importing, restoring, deleting, or changing large sets of data.
4. Public Storefronts and Listings
Public storefronts and listings are optional. If you publish rabbits, contact information, photos, sales terms, or other content through a public storefront, you are responsible for that content and for complying with all animal sale, transport, health, tax, consumer-protection, and local laws that apply to your activity.
Rabbitry Run provides recordkeeping and publishing tools. It is not a broker, marketplace operator, veterinarian, shipping provider, payment escrow service, or party to sales or communications between breeders and buyers unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Rabbitry Run may provide AI-assisted tools for scanning, drafting, suggestions, summaries, imports, reports, and record review. These tools are meant to save time, not replace your judgment. AI-generated output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before saving it or relying on it. Do not rely on Rabbitry Run or its AI features as professional veterinary, legal, tax, financial, genetics, show-rule, or animal-care advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Rabbitry Run. You may not use the service to break the law, publish unlawful or misleading listings, upload content you do not have rights to use, harass others, distribute malware, interfere with service operations, bypass security or paywalls, scrape or harvest data without permission, reverse-engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt to access another user's account or private records.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is creating security, legal, abuse, payment, or service-integrity risks.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep Rabbitry Run reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network issues, provider outages, device limitations, or events outside our control. Features may change over time as the product improves.
Offline-aware features are designed to help with spotty connectivity, but they depend on device storage, browser behavior, permissions, sync status, and network availability.
8. Account Closure and Termination
You may stop using Rabbitry Run at any time. Account deletion tools are available in the app for cloud accounts, and support can help with account questions. Deletion is intended to remove account data that Rabbitry Run can safely erase, but some records may be retained where required or permitted for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, backups, logs, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay required subscription fees, create risk for the service or other users, or use Rabbitry Run in a way that may expose Rabbitry Run to legal or security harm.
9. Disclaimers
Rabbitry Run is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every breeder, breed, registry, show organization, animal-care program, tax situation, or business need.
Rabbitry Run is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. You remain responsible for animal care, breeding decisions, health decisions, sales decisions, tax filings, show entries, legal compliance, and verification of all important records.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rabbitry Run will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, animal-related losses, sale disputes, or reliance on inaccurate records or AI output.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rabbitry Run's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Rabbitry Run for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Rabbitry Run harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, public listings, animal sales or communications, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Rabbitry Run is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Rabbitry Run changes. When we make material updates, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website. Continued use of Rabbitry Run after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
