Desktop: Open Storefront from the left sidebar. Use Listings for custom listings and Storefront Settings for the sales agreement.
Mobile: Tap the menu button, open Storefront, then use Listings for custom listings and Storefront Settings for the sales agreement.
- Have storefront branding and contact details set if you want buyers to inquire about custom items.
- Know the title, category, price or “contact for price” intent, and photos for each non-rabbit item.
- Have a PDF, image pages, or external URL ready if you want a public sales agreement.
Overview
- Custom Listings let you sell Meat, Hides, Parts, Feed, Manure / Fertilizer, Supplies, or Other items on the public storefront separately from For Sale rabbits.
- Sales Agreement is optional and lives under Storefront Settings. Buyers can review an uploaded PDF or images, or an external link, from the public gallery.
- Custom listings do not automatically reduce inventory. Use Sales & Finances and Fulfillment when you need private sales, reservations, or stock movement.
When To Use
- You want meat, hides, feed, manure, supplies, or other products visible beside rabbit listings.
- You want buyers to review your sales agreement before contacting you.
- You need to mark a custom item Sold Out or hide it without deleting the listing.
Step-By-Step Guide
Add a custom listing on the Listings tab
Custom listings are managed next to rabbit listings, not inside the private herd list.
Open Storefront and stay on Listings.
- You should see Manage Listings for For Sale rabbits and a Custom Listings card with Add Custom Listing.
Choose Add Custom Listing and enter Title, Category, optional Price, Quantity Available, Unit Label, Availability, Description, and photos.
- Categories include Meat, Hides, Parts, Feed, Manure / Fertilizer, Supplies, and Other.
- Leave Price blank when buyers should contact you for pricing.
- Availability is Available or Sold Out.
- Check Show publicly when the item should appear on the public storefront.
Use Save Listing, then Make public / Hide listing, Mark sold out / Mark available, Edit, or Reserve as needed.
- Reserve opens Fulfillment with the listing linked so you can create a private reservation without changing public inventory automatically.
- A custom listing exists with the visibility and availability you intended.
Add an optional sales agreement
Agreements publish with storefront settings, not with each listing save.
Switch to Storefront Settings on the Storefront page.
- You should see branding, contact, appearance, and a Sales Agreement section.
Use Upload File for one PDF or up to 10 images, or External Link for a URL buyers can open.
- Each uploaded file must be a PDF or image and stay under the normal storefront media size limit.
- Uploaded files are ready for durable upload and publish when you save settings.
Click Save Settings after the agreement or link is set so the public gallery can show it.
- Leaving the page with unsaved settings keeps the agreement private. Publication is verified after save.
- Buyers can review the agreement from the public gallery when publication succeeds.
Keep public items honest after sales
Custom listings are curated public cards, not automatic inventory or sale ledgers.
When an item is gone, use Mark sold out or Hide listing so the public page stays trustworthy.
- Available and Sold Out badges appear on each custom listing row.
Log the sale in Sales & Finances when money changes hands, and use Fulfillment if you need a reservation or pickup record.
- Product and by-product sales guidance covers meat, parts, feed, and related private sale item types.
Use View Storefront after publishing listings or the agreement, especially on mobile.
- Custom cards and the sales agreement should match what you saved publicly.
- Public custom items and agreements stay aligned with what you still have available.

Common Mistakes
- Expecting a custom listing to deduct freezer or inventory stock by itself.

If Something Still Looks Wrong
Why is my custom listing missing publicly?
Confirm Show publicly / Make public, Availability is not hiding it from buyers unintentionally, and publication finished without a delayed or failed badge. Then preview the public storefront.
Why did freezer stock not change after I listed meat?
Custom storefront listings are public cards only. Stock changes come from Sales & Finances workflows such as linked meat sales, not from publishing a listing.
Why is the sales agreement still missing after upload?
Uploaded agreements publish when you Save Settings. Check for unsaved settings, then use View Storefront after publication verification.
